Returns & Refunds

If you are not 100% satisfied with our goods for any reason, then return them to us within 30 days of opening for a complete refund for the goods.

All warranty/replacement claims must be made within the 12-month warranty period.

If your address is incorrect!: Incorrectly labeled parcels are returned to us eventually (can take up to 2 weeks), and once they arrive back here, we will refund you for the cost of the goods.

If the order has yet to be shipped and is canceled and payment has already been made, we will refund you the purchase price.

If you wish to return the goods for any other reason for a refund with return postage paid by you, please return the goods to us unused and in their original packaging to our sales offices, including your order number or name and address. Once the goods arrive in our offices, we will refund the cost of the goods and email you to let you know.

Although we refund credit card payments immediately, your bank can still take up to 6 days to process and put the funds back into your bank account. Please allow up to 2 working days for us to process the refund via PAYPAL.
